Key Features
A key application is the automation of oil testing laboratories to streamline processes and improve efficiency. We have developed and successfully supplied an automatic packaging solution for labelling and shipping sample bottles to clients. Across our diverse range of partners, we have successfully installed a variety of turn-key solutions, including:
- Automated sample receipt systems that retrieve and incoming sample received in postage carriers which get registered these within a LIMS system for automated processing.
- Automated sample preparation and analysis systems for oil samples, including a while range of test methods including PQ, crackle testing, particle counting, viscometry, FTIR, mass dilution for ICP, sample preparation for GC, Acid Number, Base number and Karl Fisher.
- Automation of disposal of used test tubes and other Lab waste.

We have long standing expertise in creating fully automated laboratories for automated digestion and subsequent analysis by a varity of analytical methods. Through collaboration with our clients, we have developed solutions that include:
- Automation of powder weighing or dispensing of samples, followed by various digestion methods, including aqua regia, peroxide fusion, lithium borate fusion, and 4-acid digestion (utilizing hydrofluoric acid and/or boric acid).
- Automation of the dilution process and the presentation of samples to analytical instruments such as AAS, ICP, ICP-MS, mercury analysers, and other instruments.
